We are capable of offering homecare for babies, children and young adults with profound learning difficulties and complex health needs. Our specialist area of work is addressing sensory and physical difficulties.
Oaktree Nursery was established in July 2016 at the Oaktree Community Centre in Acton, in partnership with Acton Community Forum. It provided high quality, affordable childcare and passed two OFSTED registration inspections, though it ceased operation in January 2019 after a suitable permanent premises could not be found. OTCA is now looking for a new location and partners.
If you are caring for a sick or disabled child at home, we provide the support you, your child and your family need, helping your child be as independent as possible. For young adults up to the age of 21, we offer care and support to stay healthy, happy and safe at home, at school or college and during social activities.
Our healthcare professionals and nursery nurses have years of experience working with children with special needs, guiding you through SEN support in nurseries and schools and the development of an education, health and care (EHC) plan for children and young people up to 25 with complex needs.
Our care consultants and nurses work with local social care, education and other stakeholders to identify SEN children early and provide positive, healthy outcomes. Our staff have many years of experience helping children with significant physical and mental disabilities enjoy a fulfilling life at nurseries and at home, while giving parents time to themselves.
